Makes a log file on the HDD to save debug logs.
To save debug logs, the controller makes a log file
*CTL
first, then writes data in the file. This procedure
can use much time. The user can switch off the
main power switch before the log is written in the
file. To prevent this possible problem, you can
prepare a log file in advance. If you do this, the
controller uses less time to save logs because the
log file is prepared.
