Causes
There is a fault within the main

by the administrator.

current mode, because the
accumulated number of pages
copied by the current user has
reached the maximum number of
pages to be copied preset by the
administrator.

Unit) is coming to an end.
The life of the drum (Imaging

Drum (Imaging Unit) is not
installed.
The exit tray is full.
Countermeasures
Contact your nearest service
center.
Close the door indicated by an
arrow on the touch panel.
Remove the paper or document
from the part indicated on the
touch panel.
