Description
The machine is open.
No document.
Memory full.
More than 640 files have
been stored.
Paper jam in the document
feeder.
The paper has run out.
Printer paper jam in
machine.
Printer paper jam inside the
fusing unit.
Printer paper jam on the
paper transport roller.
Incorrect paper format.
The toner cartridge is empty.
Document feeder cover is
open.
Malfunction
All redial attempts failed.
There is no number stored
under this one-touch key.
Date or time have been
entered incorrectly.
The number of rings entered
is too high.

Solution
Wait a moment.
Close the machine.
Insert a document.
Print out documents from
memory to increase the
memory capacity.
Upgrade the memory.
Limit the number of files to
less than 640.
Remove the jammed
paper.
Insert the paper.
Remove the jammed
paper.
Remove the jammed
paper.
Remove the jammed
paper.
Insert A4 paper in the
paper tray.
Replace the toner
cartridge.
Close the ADF cover.
Switch the machine off and
then on.If the same display
appears, contact the
technical service.
Press [STOP] and send
again.
Press [STOP] and [YES].
Try sending again.
Ask the recipient to resend.
Select a different one-
touch key or program the
relevant one-touch key.
Rectify error.
Enter up to 16 rings.
