Useful Tips
• The area scanned by the book scanner should
be checked against the mark on the periphery
of the glass surface. For example, when letter
(8-1/2" × 11") is selected, the part of the
document within the dotted area shown in the
following diagram is sent.

• The setting for the scanned area returns to
Auto Detect. after each transmission.
