What you do
Go to smart device's
Settings .
Make sure Bluetooth is On.
If problem persists,
please contact device's
manufacturer.
Wait until your glucose is
between 2.2-22.2 mmol/L.
Calibrate only when your BG
meter values are between
2.2-22.2 mmol/L.
Wait 15 minutes.
Enter 1 calibration.
If error screen still appears
enter 1 more BG meter
value.
Wait 15 minutes.
If no sensor glucose readings
appear on the display, the
sensor needs to be replaced.
Contact your local Dexcom
representative to report
error.
