To make sure you have a transmitter that is ready for a new sensor session, you may want
to reorder a new one by contacting your local Dexcom representative at your first low
battery prompt.
Sound/Vibration Prompts
In case you cannot look at your screen, both the smart device and receiver provide
beep/vibration prompts to tell you your transmitters battery is low or the transmitter failed.
Remember, if your smart device is turned on to Silent or Do Not Disturb, you will not get any
sound prompts.
