3. Look at cables for signs of wear and tear. Do not use if worn or damaged.
There is no repair service available for any Dexcom G5 Mobile CGM System parts.
If you experience problems, contact your local Dexcom representative.
14.3 Cleaning and Disinfecting the System
Cleaning
DO NOT clean the power supply charger.
Cleaning removes dirt from the surface of the device. It does not kill bacteria or viruses. The
receiver and transmitter should be cleaned whenever they are visibly dirty and between each
use. You will need a soft, water-dampened cloth or an isopropyl alcohol wipe.
