From the menu on the left, select
[Connectivity] > [Protocols].

Click [SMTP Server], and enter the
settings.

E-mail Header and Body Settings

When sending a scanned document as an e-mail attachment, you can enter an e-mail
header and body.
Use CentreWare Internet Services to make the settings.
The items to be set are shown below.

Start CentreWare Internet Services.
For information on how to start CentreWare Internet Services, refer to "Starting CentreWare Internet Services" (P.42).

Enter up to 128 ASCII code characters. (Default: Scan Data from
(machine model name))
Enter up to 256 ASCII code characters.
• To send an e-mail, you need to set the system administrator's e-mail address. You cannot send an e-
mail unless this is set.
For information on how to set the system administrator's e-mail address, refer to "Administrator's E-
mail Address" (P.44).
