If your administrator has configured an auto attendant for voice mail deposit,
you can transfer a caller directly to a co-worker's voice mail box.
To transfer a call to voice mail, follow these steps:

extension of the co-worker to whom you are transferring.

Twinned Calls on the 5212/5312 IP phone
If you have configured your phone to be twinned to another external phone
(the twinning target), then incoming calls will ring the other phone as well. See
"Twinning"
