Appendix F Product Service

Thank you for choosing Hikvision products.
Products that are found to be defective within the first 12 months will be repaired free of
charge to the original purchaser.
Products that are found to be defective within the first 30 days are eligible for a free of
charge exchange service.
Software upgrades are provided.
Liability Exclusions:
Any product malfunction, abnormalities in operation or damage caused by following
reasons are not within the free service scope of our company. A repair charge will be
applied to the following:
Equipment damage caused by improper operation.
Improper environment and conditions in/on which the equipment operates, e.g.,
improper power, environment temperature, humidity and lightening strike etc. that
cause equipment damage.
Uncontrollable damage, e.g., earthquake and fire etc. that causes equipment
damage.
Equipment damage caused by the maintenance of personnel that are not
authorized by our company.
Product sold more than 12 months ago.
