Appendix E Troubleshooting

After plugging in power, turning on the power switch,
―POWER‖ light in front Panel does not turn on, and fan
does not work.
After plugging in power, turning on the power switch,
―POWER‖ light in front panel turn to green while fan
does not work.
After plugging in power, turning on switch, ―POWER‖
light turn to green, the indicator lights in the panel turn
on at the same time, but fan does not work.
DVR continuously reboots after start up, and makes
an audible tone every 10 seconds.
There are no images on the monitor connected with
VOUT after DVR is started.
Can't find the hard disk in reboot process.
No response in HyperTerminal interface.
DVR can't control PTZ through RS-485 port.
Client software can't view DVR live image.
