Checks
Are there scratches in the horizontal
direction (main scanning direction)

Are there scratches in the horizontal
direction (main scanning direction)
of the intermediate transfer drum?
Checks
Remove the toner cartridge, and
turn on the power. If the printer unit
starts up normally, check each of
the toner cartridges in question. Is it
faulty?
Is the missing color black?
