Steps
Do as follows to hang up a terminal by using the remote control:
1. In a conference, press the Conference key on the remote control. Then, choose
Conference Management > Hangup Terminal to display the in-conference
terminal list.
2. Move the cursor to the required terminal and press the OK key to hang up the
terminal.
Do as follows to hang up a terminal through the PC console:
1. Log in to the PC console. On the Conference page of the chairman terminal,
right-click the required terminal to display the shortcut menu.
2. Choose hang up to hang up the terminal.

7.6.3 Prolonging Conference

Prerequisites

This operation cannot be performed on a conference without time limit.

Only the chairman can perform this operation.
Context
The overtime of a conference is determined by the ZXMS80 multimedia service
management system. When the conference status column shows that the remaining
time of a conference is insufficient, the chairman terminal can apply for prolonging the
conference. During an application, the chairman terminal must ensure that the total time
of a conference cannot exceed 72 hours.
The following describes how to prolong a conference by using the remote control.
Alternatively, you can log in to the PC console and click Prolong Conf.
Steps
1. During a conference, press the Conference key on the remote control. On the page
that is displayed, choose Conference Management to display the corresponding
page.
2. Choose Prolong Conference. The Timeminutes page is displayed.
3. Enter the overtime and press the Set key. The unit is minute.

Example
For example, enter 30 in Timeminutes. If the operation is successful, the conference will
be over 30 minutes after the original end time.
