l Press the Conference key on the remote control to perform conference control.

Log in to the PC console of the terminal to perform conference control.
Conference Initiation
You can initial a conference by using the ZXV10 T700 terminal through the following three
modes: GUI on the remote control, Web page, and PC console.

Press the Call key on the remote control to initial a conference.
l
Visit http://IP address of the terminal and initial a conference by choosing Call Control
> Call/Hangup.
l Log in to the PC console of the terminal and initial a conference by clicking Call
Control.

1.3 Configuring Basic Information for a Terminal

Prerequisites
Before configuring network information for the ZXV10 T700 terminal, such as IP address,
you can configure the terminal only by using the remote control.
Context
For a new user, the basic information to be configured includes terminal name, network,
GK, and system time.
Steps
• Name the terminal and adjust the system time.
1. Choose Management > General > Display by using the remote control. The
Display page is displayed.
2. In the Terminal Name text box, enter a name for the terminal. You can enter a
name as required. The name should be distinguished from other terminal names.
Usually, the site name is used.
3. Adjust the system time of the ZXV10 T700 terminal according to the local time.
4. Save the settings and exit.
• Configure network information for the terminal.
1. Choose Management > System Settings > Network > IP by using the remote
control. The IP page is displayed.
2. Enter the information of the ZXV10 T700 terminal, including network type,
IP address, subnet mask, and gateway, according to the actual network
configuration.
3. Save the settings and exit.
• Configure GK information.
1. Choose Management > System Settings > Network > H.323 by using the remote
control. The H.323 page is displayed.
