3. Select a terminal (after it is selected, the check box next to its name is selected), and
the click OK. The selected terminal is displayed in the Meeting list box.
4. Refer to the following table to configure the parameters , such as conference rate,
number of pictures, service number, password, and duration.

Example
For example, to call for a conference with the conference rate of 1920 kbit/s, the conference
template named with 1920 must exist in the ZXMS80 system.
Follow-Up Action
If the conference is successfully called, the MCU calls all the terminals automatically.

6.2 Viewing Current System Version

Context
This operation helps to learn the current system version. The version information is for
view only and cannot be modified.
Steps
1. Choose Management > Diagnosis > Version Info. by using the remote control.
Alternatively, you can log in to the Web page and choose System Diagnose >
Versions. The Versions page is displayed.
2. View the related information. Software Version shows the current system version.
