    From the perspective of a beginner or a new user, this chapter describes the common conference flow of the ZXV10 T700 terminal. To call for a complex conference, for example, a dual video conference, refer to the ZXV10 T700 HD Video Conference Terminal User Guide.

    Daily Configuration and Modification You can perform daily configuration for the ZXV10 T700 terminal through the following two modes: GUI on the remote control and Web page. Use the direction keys on the remote control to enter the configuration page, and then configure and modify the required parameters.

    Log in to the PC console of the terminal to perform conference control. Conference Initiation You can initial a conference by using the ZXV10 T700 terminal through the following three modes: GUI on the remote control, Web page, and PC console.
