l The terminal that performs this operation is the chairman terminal in the conference.
Context
The chairman terminal specifies a terminal whose video is to be broadcast and enables the
terminal to be the broadcast source in the conference. In this case, except the chairman
terminal and the specified terminal in the conference, the microphones of all the other
terminals are off but the speakers are on.
The following describes how to specify speech by using the remote control. Alternatively,
you can log in to the PC console and click Quick Speak.
Steps
1. In a conference, press the Conference key by using the remote control.
Conference page is displayed.
2. Choose Specify Speech. In the terminal list, select the required terminal.
3. Press the OK key on the remote control. In this way, the system broadcasts the video
and audio of the selected terminal for all the terminals in the conference.

7.5.2 Forbidding Speech

Steps
1. On the conference control page of the chairman, choose 7Mute/Silent to display the
corresponding page. Then, choose Forbid All To Speak.
2. Select the required terminal and press the OK key on the remote control. In this way,
the microphone of the terminal is disabled and the terminal cannot make a speech.
Click Forbid All To Speak to disable the microphones of all the terminals in the list
and all the terminal cannot make speeches.

7.5.3 Allowing Speech

Prerequisites
The microphones of one or all the terminals in the terminal list are disabled. These
terminals cannot make speeches.
Steps
1. On the conference control page of the chairman, choose 7Mute/Silent to display the
corresponding page. Then, choose Allow All To Speak.
2. Select the required terminal with the microphone disabled and press the OK key on
the remote control. In this way, the microphone of the terminal is enabled and the
