6.5 Configuring a Shortcut Number

Context
A shortcut number enables the chairman to use the one key function.
Steps
1. In the main page of the PC console, click the Config shortcut number button to enter
the corresponding configuration interface, as shown in the figure below.

2. Right-click a blank area in the above interface, and then select Add from the shortcut
menu. The serial number 1 is automatically generated, as shown in the figure below.

Description
Conference lock status icon. It is only valid in the case of calling
multiple terminals.
The bright icon indicates that the terminal is locked. In this case,
other terminals cannot call this terminal. The grey icon indicates that
the conference lock function is disabled for the terminal.
