7.4 Common Conference Control Operations
7.4.1 Broadcasting Other Conference Sites
Prerequisites

Currently, the conference does not have a broadcast source.

Only the chairman terminal can perform this operation.
Context
The chairman broadcasts terminal A and terminal A becomes the broadcast source.
In this case, the TV screens in all the conference sites except A display the picture of
conference site A. In addition, the picture displayed in conference site A is determined
by the conference management system. Conference site A can display the pictures of
the previous broadcast source, chairman terminal, or local terminal. For details, contact
the conference administrator for confirmation.
The following describes how to broadcast other conference sites by using the remote
control. Alternatively, you can log in to the PC console and click Quick Broadcast.
Steps
1. Press the Conference key on the remote control. On the page that is displayed,
choose Broadcast Site to display the corresponding page.
2. In the conference list, move the cursor to the required terminal and click OK. In this
way, the conference site is set to the broadcast source.

7.4.2 Performing Chairman Browse Operation
Prerequisites
This operation can be performed only when the chairman terminal is the broadcast source
in a conference. If the chairman terminal need to perform the chairman browse operation
but it is not the broadcast source, the terminal needs to perform the self broadcast
operation.
Context
The chairman terminal in a conference can browse the pictures of other conference sites in
real time and set the interval of picture switching. The following describes how to browse
the pictures of other conference sites by using the remote control. Alternatively, you can
log in to the PC console and click Chairman Browse.
