ZXV10 T700 Operation Guide
Context

If a conference is started without a chairman, all the conference sites can apply for
chairman.
l
A conference can only have one chairman.
l
If a terminal already has the chairman token, other terminals cannot apply for the
chairman token. Only after the chairman site releases the chairman token, other
conference sites can apply for chairman.
l
The terminal with the chairman token can perform operations on the conference.
The following describes how to apply for chairman by using the remote control.
Alternatively, you can log in to the PC console and click Apply Chairman.
Steps
1. In a conference, press the Conference key by using the remote control.
Conference page is displayed.
2. Select the Apply Chairman option. If the conference has no chairman, the application
for chairman is successful.
If the conference already has a chairman, the application for chairman fails. In this
case, the system displays a prompt dialog box showing the name of the current
chairman terminal.

During a conference, press Conference on the remote control of the chairman terminal.
The Conference Control interface is displayed.
