Press
> Default user settings > Base settings > Print offset

Set the > Default offset from a position list.

Press [OK] to validate.
To activate / deactivate fractional postage:

> Default user settings > Default imprint parameters >
Fractional

Select Enable / Disable fractional to activate or deactivate
the fractional.
