can i print priority mail express labels from my Hasler Meter?

No, you cannot print Priority Mail Express labels directly from the Hasler IM-280 meter. However, you can print postage for Priority Mail Express using the meter. Printing IMpb-compliant barcodes, required for Priority Mail Express parcels, is supported through neoShip, not directly from the IM-280 meter.
