This cable is used for connection from an IP Office 37-way D-type WAN port to the X.21 service providers equipment.

• At the IP Office end pin 7 is connected to pin 6.
• At the IP Office end pin 19 is connected to the Screened Cable Drain
• Supply: This cable is not supplied with the control unit or WAN3 module. It must be ordered separately.
• SAP Code: 700213408.
• Cable: 6 twisted pair screened cable - each core is 7/0.203mm (24 AWG) tinned copper stranded wire, nominal
capacitance of 98pF/m, impedance of 77ohms at 1MHz, screened with aluminized tape and a tinned copper wire drain.
• Maximum Length: 5m/16'5''. This is the maximum length that should be used if the above cable is replaced with an
alternate cable.
