Click Single or Range. If you select Range, you have to
type in the starting port number and the end porting number
on the boxes below.

DSCP means Differentiated Services Code Point. It allows
you to assign different QoS level for data transmission in
network. The valued typed here can be used to match the
received IPv4/IPv6 value (6 bits) against the two DSCP
values in QCE.
