This position is for installing an optional
media device.
CD-ROM Drive: Bay D16
Diskette Drive: Bay D15

5 & Two-Position SCSI Disk Drive Bay: Bay
6 D14 (top), Bay D13 (bottom). Bays for
the installation of two SCSI disk drives.
7 & Disk Drive Bay: Bank DB2 (top), Bay
8 DB1 (bottom) (SES or SSA). Bays for the
installation of SCSI or SSA disk drives or
RAID arrays.
9 & Disk Drive: Bay D07 (top left), Bay D12
10 (top right). Bay D01 (bottom left), Bay
D06 (bottom right). Disk drives in a SCSI
or SSA disk drive bay.
11 - Fan Positions: Fan F01 (bottom), Fan
14 F04 (top). Fans F01 and F03 are
required. Fans F02 and F04 are required
only for the redundant power option.
