6.3 Configuring ONVIF Parameters

You can change the Open Network Video Interface Forum (ONVIF) password and configure
the ONVIF media stream.
The ONVIF parameter takes effect only when you select Enable in the upper left corner of
the page.
Choose Settings > System Configuration > ONVIF Parameters.
The ONVIF Parameters page is displayed, as shown in

Description
Password for registering the camera with the
platform.
NOTICE
The value of this parameter must be the same as the
registration password configured on the platform. If they are
different, the IPC will fail to be connected to the platform.
The options are as follows:
 Single-server mode: Select this option when the
platform server is deployed in single-node system
mode.
 Dual-server mode: Select this option when the
platform server is deployed in two-node cluster
mode.
IP address of the platform server.
Port number of the platform server.
Device ID, which uniquely identifies a device.
NOTICE
The value of this parameter must be the same as the device
ID configured on the platform. If they are different, the IPC
will fail to be connected to the platform.
