Issue 02 (2013-09-30)
Description
When a camera triggers an alarm
(temperature alarms excluded), the camera
automatically uses the dynamic bit rate to
ensure clear video effect. When alarms are
cleared, the camera restores the bit rate set in
the stream.
These frame rates are collected using a
sensor or chip.
Enabling the layer encoding will decrease
video size but increase the requirements on
the encoder.
You can set the video encoding protocol as
required. The options are as follows:
H.264: Ensuring the video quality, this
encoding protocol supports the minimum
bandwidth occupation.
MJPEG: Each frame can be decoded and
displayed independently without referring
to the previous and next frames. The
compression ratio is small, and therefore
large bandwidth is required to ensure the
video quality. This encoding protocol is
suitable for video editing.

NOTE
The dynamic frame rate and
dynamic bit rate must be
enabled simultaneously.
You are advised to set a
dynamic bit rate that is greater
than the bit rate set in the
stream.
Dynamic bit rate is valid only
for primary streams.
[Default value]
25Hz
NOTE
The collected frame rate is not
less than the frame rate set in the
stream.
