Description
When you set Bit Rate Type to Constant bit
rate, the bit rate can be adjusted.
Increasing the bit rate improves the video
quality but devours more bandwidth.
You can set the rate mode when Bit rate
type is set to Constant bit rate.
 Frame rate priority: The frame rate
stability is ensured as a priority. However,
if the scenario is complex or if the object
moves quickly in an image, the actual bit
rate can be greater than the preset value.

Image quality priority: Ensures image
quality preferentially. However, if the
scenario is complex or if the object moves
quickly in an image, frame loss may
occur or the live video may not be played
smoothly.

 The bit rate value is affected
by the resolution, frame rate,
and I-frame interval. To ensure
the video quality, you must set
a proper bit rate value based
on the site requirements.
 To ensure video smoothness,
the actual bandwidth is greater
than the bit rate value. If the
bit rate is low, the required
bandwidth is 1.2 times of the
bit rate.
