Description
Users of different levels have different rights. The options are
as follows:

Super Administrator: manages administrators and common
users.

Administrator: manages common users.
 Common user: views live video, controls PTZ, and changes
passwords.
Create a new user.
Password that is currently used by an operator to log in to the
system.
Specify a password for the new user.
NOTE
The new password must meet the following requirements:
 A password consists of 8 to 20 characters.
 A password contains at least two types of the following characters:
lowercase letters (a to z), uppercase letters (A to Z), digits (0 to 9),
and special characters (including the space characters and the
following: ` ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) - _ = + \ | [ { } ] ; : ' " , < . > / ?).
 A password cannot be the same as the user account or the reverse
text of the user account.
Enter the new password again.
