Accidental or False Alarms
If an accidental or false alarm is generated:
Disable Dispatch
You can turn off alarm messages being sent to the Alarm Monitoring Center for a selectable period of time (1 to 24 hours). If
alarm messages are turned off, there will be no dispatch of authorities. This feature is available on www.LifeShield.com, on the
Status Dashboard under the Monitoring icon.
Monitoring Site Profile
You can edit your monitoring site profile on the Account tab at www.LifeShield.com, including primary and secondary emer-
gency contacts to be called in the event of an alarm. If you are changing your address or need assistance, please call LifeShield
Customer Support at 1-888-392-2044. (Refer to Figure 12)

• Arm and disarm your system from the LifeShield Console, Handset, LifeShield.com and the Keychain Remote
• Create additional User Codes
• Customize your system to meet your needs
