Display Messages Overview
The Console and Handset serve as your primary interface to control, configure and view your LifeShield Home Security system. These devices each have a
high-resolution digital display with 3 lines of specific message categories, including those shown in the tables that follow.
Primary Security Display Messages
The following table lists and describes the Primary Security Display Messages of your LifeShield Home Security system.

Message displayed on the Handset and Console when the system is Ready to Arm.
Message displayed when system is Not Ready to Arm due to an open Sensor. The open Sensor
must either be closed or bypassed before the system can be armed. The second line of the
display indicates which Sensor is open.
Message displayed when the system is in Armed-Stay mode.
Message displayed when the system is in Armed-Away mode.
Message displayed when the system is in Armed-Instant mode.
Message displayed immediately after you've selected the Stay button on either the Handset or Console.
Message displayed immediately after you've selected the Away button on either the Handset or Console.
Message displayed immediately after you've selected the Instant button on either the Handset or Console.
Message displayed when the system is Alarming.
Message displayed when a Sensor is open and the Exit Time has expired.
