Configure settings to print fax reports.

Report Settings

In the administrator mode of Web Connection, select "Fax Settings" ö "Report Settings".

Description
Select the output method of activity reports.
When you set the output timing of activity reports to "Daily" or "100/Daily",
specify the report output time.
Select the output conditions for transmission result reports.
Specify whether to print sequential transmission reports.
Specify whether to print timer reservation transmission reports.
Specify whether to print confidential reception reports.
Specify whether to print Bulletin transmission reports.
Specify whether to print relay transmission result reports.
Specify whether to print relay request reception reports.
Specify whether to print PC-FAX transmission error reports.
Select the output method of broadcast result reports.
Specify whether to view the transmission result report check pages.
Configure settings to print remarks for activity reports.
If you select "Normal Print", the line status or sending setting will be printed.
If User Authentication or Account Track is not enabled, the mode is set to
"Normal Print".
If you select "Print User Name", the user name will be printed. This item is
available when User Authentication is enabled.
If you select "Print Account Name", the account name will be printed. This item
is available when Account Track is enabled.
