IMPORTANT
When SCC Framing is selected, these parameters are available.

SCC INBAND RATE {300 to 115200}

Simulate the framing used by the Satellite Control Channel Option
(Pass Thru Mode only). The SCC CTL RATIO is the ratio of overhead
in-band data to synchronizing words.
Request the rate of in-band data for the overhead channel.
DVB Only
Invert the Tx Data polarity.
BPSK Mode Only
Swap the I & Q Channels.
IDR ESC Channel is used for Voice or 64 K data
channel.
Select the overhead channel bandwidth.
Enable or disable the embedded overhead
channel.
Enable or disable encryption mode
Select Ethernet rate.
