Do not invoke a 96-character set into GL. This is considered an error
condition.
Select Graphic Rendition (Selecting Attributes): Selects printing
attributes, including lining functions, superscript and subscript
functions, and emphasis functions.

23 Turn off slant.
24 Turn off underline and double underline.
53 Turn on overline.
55 Turn off overline.
