Cannot connect to the LDAP server.
Cannot connect to the LDAP server.
Check that the LDAP access settings
are correct and that the LDAP server is
running and accessible.
Action
Try the following:
The network settings may not be
valid. Contact a system
administrator to have the
network settings checked.

Troubleshooting" (page 458)
The server may not be working.
Contact a system administrator
to have the server status
checked.
If using SSL communication
when connection to the LDAP
server, contact an administrator
to check if the server certificate,
issued from a root certification
authority, is installed on the
LDAP server.
Enter a valid user name and
password.
