EP Monitor Mode

Activating this parameter may slow down the label rate. Therefore disable
the function after error analysis.
(Default setting) All received Easy-Plug data, apart from immediate com-
mands, are transmitted.
All received Easy-Plug data, including immediate commands, are trans-
mitted.
