Meaning:
The device is not connected.
Corrective action:
snmpd may have stopped.
If snmp has stopped, start it, and execute the command again.

3.3 SVmco Start/Stop Command (y30SVmco)

The y30SVmco command starts or stops SVmco.
Remarks

This command is available only in Linux.

The user must have root privileges to execute this command.

SVmco is a daemon program. It starts automatically when the system
boots.

/sbin/service y30SVmco {start | stop | status}
(2) Options
start | stop | status

start: Starts SVmco.
