2. Turn off the server and all attached devices.
3. Disconnect all external cables and power cords.
4. Slide the server out of the rack.
5. Remove the cover (see "Removing the cover" on page 39).
6. Place your thumbs on the metal tabs of the fan-bracket-assembly levers and

To install the replacement fan-bracket assembly, complete the following steps.
