Description
Check this check box if you want to set how Cisco Business Edition 3000
classifies calls in Call Detail Reports. If you choose this option, you can
edit the remaining fields in this window.
Leave the check box unchecked if you want Cisco Business Edition 3000
to classify calls using the system defaults. If you choose this option, the
remaining fields in this window appear as display-only fields.
In the text box, enter any prefixes that you want to classify as Toll Free
Prefixes. For example, if you enter 1800,1888 in the text box, Cisco Business
Edition 3000 classifies the called party as a toll free number if the calling
number begins with 1800 or 1888.
Click Show Number Pattern Syntax to view a list that displays the syntax
that you can use in the Matching Number Pattern field.
In the two drop-down list boxes, choose both an operator value and a
numerical value to create a formula that Cisco Business Edition 3000 applies
against the number of digits in the called number. For example, a formula
of >9 indicates that Cisco Business Edition 3000 applies the classification
rule only if the called number is more than 9 digits long.
In the text box, enter the pattern that you want to use for the classification
rule. Cisco Business Edition checks the called number against the pattern
that you enter in this text box and applies the classification against this call
only if the called number and the pattern match.
To view the syntax that you can use to create a pattern, click Show Number
Pattern Syntax. For example, if you enter T! the pattern matches for a called
number that uses one of the toll free prefixes.
In the drop-down list box, choose how you want Cisco Business Edition to
classify the call in Call Detail Records when the conditions in both the Total
Digits in Number and Matching Number Pattern fields are met.
Click this button to add a row where you can add a new classification rule.
