The default value of 0 (nopush disabled) allows TCP to send data even if the
segment size is not full. By setting it to 1, nopush is enabled, forcing TCP to wait
until the application sends enough data to fill the segment size. A value of 1 is
useful in applications that are known to consistently send large amounts of data,
such as file transfers. Use the no form of the command to return the nopush to the
global value. If no global settings exist for a parameter, the factory default
parameter is used instead. See RFC 1644.
