Availability: Serial, Telnet; FIPS Mode (serial only)
This command behaves in three ways:
If you are creating a new server and you use the suspend command, the server
is created in the suspended state. No connections are accepted until the
activate command is used.
If you are editing an existing server and you use the suspend command alone,
the all open connections on the server are finished, and no new connections
are accepted. No connections are accepted until the activate command is
used.
If you are editing an existing server and you use the suspend now command,
all connections are suspended. When the end command is entered, the current
server is removed, and a new suspended server is created.
activate (Server Configuration Mode)
Enters TCP Tuning Configuration mode at for this server.

Enables TLS version 1 protocols.
