to closing the TCP connection.

FIN-WAIT-2 is the state entered after the acknowledgement of an initial FIN. The
stack remains in this state until the retransmission queue is emptied, and the user's
CLOSE can be acknowledged. Use the no form of the command to return the
finwt2time to the global value. If no global settings exist for a parameter, the
factory default parameter is used instead. See RFC 793.
