1. Reconnect P/J171, P/J172 and P/J17.
2. Switch printer power ON.
3. Measure the voltage between J17-2 on the Print
Engine Controller Board and frame ground.
Does the voltage measure +3.3 VDC?
"NO" FROM STEP 6 ABOVE

Measure the voltage between P/J16-4 on the Print
Engine Controller Board and frame ground.
Does this voltage measure +3.3 VDC?
