  • Page 19 1 TOOLS MODE Tools Program Numbers Chart The Tools Mode enables you to customize your 5750 for your individual needs by activating some features and setting the default values for a variety of features. Features are accessed by entering the Tools Program Number for a particular feature.

    The System Administrator can create a maximum of 50 user accounts and assign each a password in order to limit the use of the 5750. There are three options to limit the use of the 5750: No limit, color only, and black only.

  • Page 60 Cleaning Procedures The Document Glass and the Document Glass Cover need to be cleaned periodically to help keep the 5750 operating reliably. If you have the optional Edit Pad, the Edit Pad surface and the Edit Pad Clear Plastic Overlay also need to be kept clean.
