PAPER PATH INSPECTION
Inspect the paper path between the feed tray and the
exit tray for contamination or obstructions.
Is the paper path free of obstructions and
contamination?
ROLLER INSPECTION

Inspect all of the roller along the paper path, between
the feed tray and the exit tray, for contamination, wear
or damage.
Are the paper path roller free of contamination,
wear or damage?

PRINT CARTRIDGE REPLACEMENT
1. Install a new Print Cartridge.
2. Run a Test Print.
Is the print still damaged?
