Removal
Warning: Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Open the Top Cover and remove the Print Cartridge. Cover the cartridge to protect
it from light.
2. Remove Tray 1.
3. Remove the MBF Assembly (RRP 2.1 Multi-sheet Bypass Feeder (MBF)
Assembly).
4. Remove the Retard Chute Assembly (RRP 3.1 Retard Chute Assembly).
5. Remove the two screws that secure the Rear Chute Assembly to the printer.
6. Bias the Rear Chute to the left. Pull the top of the chute forward and remove it
from the printer. Use care not to damage the ground tabs.
Replacement
Reinstall the components in the reverse order.
