Create a library of company documents

Most companies that use computers have some type of local area
network with shared file servers.
In such environments, business documents can be stored on a
centralized file server and made accessible to all employees.
Users with Pagis Pro on their local machines can use the Pagis
Search Databases to access shared company documents, such as
policy documents, employee manuals, business plans, functional
specifications, and so on.
Use the Search Tool to display a list of all documents in a search
database. To do this, execute a search without entering any
search string. The full list of documents will appear in the Search
Tool file view area.
