Uncheck the file extensions to be excluded from the database.
Click OK in the Extensions dialog box.
9. Schedule when the database is to be updated.
In the Search Database Information dialog box, click the
Schedule button. This displays the Schedule dialog box (refer
to Figure 4–60). By default, Manual Update is selected. This
means you will have to run the Update tool whenever you
want to update the database.
Alternatively, select the Automatic Update radio button, and
schedule a time when the database is to be regularly updated.
Click OK in the Schedule dialog.
10 Click OK in the Search Database Information dialog box.
The new, empty database is created and added to the Search
Database Manager list of databases. Notice that under the Last
Modified column, the N/A (not applicable) means that the
database has not been updated yet.
