Specifying scanner properties
In the Scan Tool, scanner properties define how you want to scan
the document; specifically the color depth and resolution, the
brightness and contrast levels, and the page size.
To specify scanner properties, use the following procedure.
If you set up Pagis Pro in the Scanner Setup Wizard to run your

scanner with its own TWAIN interface, you will specify all
scanner properties in the TWAIN interface. You will not have
access to Pagis scanner properties.
1. Click the Scan icon on the Pagis ToolBar.
2. With the Scanner, Copier or Fax tab displayed, click:

properties on the first tabbed group (Figure 4–18, next page).

displayed properties may be different depending on the Page Type
you select, and on the type of scanner and TWAIN driver you are
using.
