Update Search Databases command
The Update Search Databases command launches the Update
Tool, which allows you to select one or more databases and start
the update process.

Tool" earlier in this chapter.
Manage Search Databases command
The Manage Search Database command launches the Pagis
Search Database Manager, which enables you to create,
configure, schedule updates for, and otherwise maintain your
search databases.

After the Search Tool completes a search, it displays all the
documents that it found in its file view area (Figure 4–72, next
page).
Files are displayed in a Windows Explorer-type view, which
allows you to perform some basic file handling tasks.
For example, you can copy the file to the Windows clipboard and
paste the copy elsewhere on your file system. You can also double-
click on the file to open it in the application that was used to
create it.
When you point to a document in this view, Pagis displays a pop-
up thumbnail image, so you get an idea of the document contents.
Across the top of the file view area are columns of information
about the found files.
